Is Bigin Support Available?

Is Bigin Support Available?

I have submitted three requests for support - two emails, one via the help site - but have yet to hear from anyone. Is there support for Bigin or is the product so new that they don't have staff yet? This is making me reticent to even explore it, let alone switch from my current CRM provider.
