Is it Possible for Zoho Flow to Continue After when it Can't execute a Mail Merge from Zoho CRM
When we have Zoho CRM "Send Mail Merge" action in Zoho Flow and it errors out (mostly because the email address is blocked), the flow stops and does not continue. In reality, the error on the Send Mail Merge should not be a fatal error and should allow Zoho Flow to continue with the next steps. We also use Zapier for some of our other automation, and unless its a fatal error, they will continue with the automation steps and just send us an email that there was potentially an issue.
Is there a way to do something similar for things like Send Mail Merge action. We don't want the flow to stop if this step fails:
