Is it possible to get the link that the customer portal uses in deluge

As our app is going to be placed in the marketplace, we want to add a link to the customer portal to confirmation e-mails. However, I can't see anyway of accessing this in the e-mail workflow. Is it possible to get this link without hard coding it, if so, how?
