Is it possible to Increase Chat Waiting Time in Whatsapp and web chat?

Is it possible to Increase Chat Waiting Time in Whatsapp and web chat?

Is there an option I'm missing to turn Chat Waiting Time off, Increase or to allow an infinite wait time? I haven't been able to find one so far in the app's user interface or accompanying documentation. If such a feature is unavailable, may I request it be added?
