We have external consultants that fill in timesheets on a spreadsheet, as well as timesheets from our customer systems that are in an excel spreadsheet.  We are trying to minimize the filling in of timesheets to only once and would like to be able to import these excel spreadsheets into projects.

For example, customer A has their own timekeeping system that requires our consultants to log time in their timesheets.  We want to export this from their system and import into zoho projects.
