Is there a way to restrict external users from seeing what other external users have uploaded?

Is there a way to restrict external users from seeing what other external users have uploaded?

We have a situation where we would like for our clients(external users) to be able to upload their files with secure information to an upload folder.  In our situation there are too many clients (600+) for us to create an individual link for each client.  Is there a way for us to restrict access for an external user to upload a file and only see the files they upload so that other external users can't see what others have uploaded?
