Is there a workaround for forms to update MH existing leads?
I've recently found that a form from Marketing Hub or Zoho Forms can only create a new lead in Marketing Hub. If the record's email address already exists, a new form entry doesn't update the existing record.
Does anyone know of a work-around, because I'm flabbergasted by this?
An example scenario is this. In January,
jbloggs@test.com requests a handbook on Shoes; he records his job title as "Sales Assistant". In June he requests a handbook on Hats, his job title is now "Sales Executive. I can't record his second handbook request not his new job title.
Do I need to integrate Gravity Forms into Zoho, perhaps?
Any ideas would be appreciated.
