Currently, I can merge and email documents and it pulls in all the necessary fields in Zoho CRM like I expect. However, when I get the window to send the email, and I choose to send the merged document as an attachment, my only option for the body of the email is a text box :( It would be so great if we could select an email template from Zoho CRM (for the corresponding module) as the body of our email, since those are nicely formatted. Dealing with a small "Message" box is extremely outdated and does not allow for us to be able to leverage email templates that we already have built out in Zoho CRM. Looking forward to seeing if Zoho Writer can further integrate this Zoho CRM functionality.
