Is there are way to have Team Folders that can be shared but not edited or moved?
I am looking to use a Team Drive as a Marketing Document repository. The Sales and Success Teams would use Zoho CRM or Gmail to share out links to documents. We would like most of the team members to be able to share out documents and videos out to our prospects to open and view, but we want our Marketing team to be the only ones who can edit, add or organize the documents in the Team drive.
Right now it does not appear to work unless the users have the Organizer role. Otherwise, they cannot share.
Thoughts?
