Is Zoho Connect secure? How confident can customers be?

Hi,

We started sharing important information using Zoho connect within our company and I need to know who can have access to our Intranet via Zoho Connect from within Zoho.

Also need to know, and be assured, about security and privacy of the Zoho Connect platform, how easy it is to be broken or accessed by hackers etc. Please do post anything that would help us and satisfies our legal team that this is a secure environment to use.

I must say that the lack of response of the connect support team does not give confidence in this platform. Personally I found the Connect support very slow if happen at all.

By the way why there is no chat support available, connect is essential!
