Is Zoho Notebook part of Zoho Creator, or do I have to pay for separate subscriptions?

Our company uses Zoho Creator, and I have an admin account on there. I was just trying to figure out if I will have to pay for Zoho Notebook separately, or if it is included in the fees for Zoho Creator.
