Issue: Ticket Export Does Not Include Ticket Threads

Dear Zoho Desk Support Team,

I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to bring to your attention that the current ticket export feature in Zoho Desk does not seem to include the ticket threads or conversation history. When exporting tickets, only the summary and basic details are exported, which makes it difficult to review the full communication context offline or for reporting purposes.

Could you please confirm if there is any way to export tickets along with their complete thread history (including agent and customer replies)? If not, kindly let me know if there’s any available workaround or upcoming update that supports this feature.
