Issue with developing CRM widget

Hi all,

I'm experiencing an issue with Zoho CRM widget development for our customer. The following occuers:

Every account in CRM has multiple underlying modules with data. For a dashboard I want to load this data with a search query on de JS SDK.

Example of the code:

ZOHO.CRM.API.searchRecord({Entity: modules[i], Type: "criteria", Query: "((Dossier:in:" + caseIds.join('%5C%2C') + "))"}).then(function(data){
    ///
    ///
    ///

    console.log(data);

    ///
    /// Mark as loaded
    ///
    module_statusses[modules[i]] = 'loaded';

});

Criteria will be:

((Dossier:in:640049000000550726%5C%2C640049000000566012%5C%2C640049000000560035%5C%2C640049000000603044))

An I also tried:

((Dossier:in:640049000000550726%2C640049000000566012%2C640049000000560035%2C640049000000603044))

Both request return :

This while the query must return some objects. I think I'm doing something wrong on the query. Can someone help me out with the right query?
