Issues Log please

I'd like to see an ISSUES LOG which allows the identification of special types of tasks which are highlighted as issues or actions during a project. These might just be regular tasks but tagged as ISSUES maybe.

In fact, if a task could be given a category that would be the most flexible way of reporting these.
