My company has been a multi year customer.  We have always used RingCentral for making our sales calls.  In a normal call, we are presented a green button next to the phone number of either a company or contact we want to call.  Lately, after a few calls, we click the green button and the dialog box opens and says Connecting, but nothing ever happens, the user is then required to close all of their browser tabs and screens to reset the system.  Sometimes they have to completely sign off of ZohoCRM then back in to make the next call

One of the workarounds is that we use the RingCentral app in which we copy and paste the phone number from ZohoCRM to the RC app.  When we do this the ZohoCRM dialog box opens normally and allows us to enter our notes and extra detaills to finish the call.  However, lately, the call is not recorded in Zoho immediately, it can take an hour or two for it to "show up" in the completed calls list, sometimes the details are there, sometimes the sales rep must go into the call record to enter the Purpose and Result of the call.  

This is becoming more of an issue for us.  Is anyone experiencing anything like this.

We would like it fixed or have a good workaround that allows our people to make their calls and have them recorded, the sales manager nearly fired 2 people this week, because they were not entering in the details, come to find out they were entering the deatails, but Zoho CRM was not storing the data.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
