Item fields not showing or mapping on sales orders

I have uploaded my purchases using CSV file as previous. All items show up on the PO with all fields including SKU, brand, description etc. but when I mark the PO as received all items appear in inventory but only the item name field - no SKU, description etc so it doesn't map and link up with stock already on hand.

Then when I try to upload sales orders CSV it doesn't map the SKU field or any other, just item name so doesn't match inventory and won't let me package the SO.

I am using the exact same CSV template as previous when it has worked. I have spent two hours on the online help and they are exceptionally bad!

Hoping someone can help. Losing all confidence in the Zoho inventory package
