Team collaboration can be tricky at times. With multiple people editing the document at the same time, you are often left in the lurch, puzzling over the new changes made since you last visited. While the version history helps you track down the different versions made since you last opened the document, it is time-consuming to identify the edits in the latest document.
Zoho Writer brings you an easy way out! With our recent update, you can now see the edits made in the document in just a click. When you revisit a shared document at a later point, and if changes have been made by your collaborators, a link titled " Show changes since my last visit" will be displayed on the top of your Writer window. Click the link and you can easily see the changes made without the trouble of shifting through the version history.
On clicking the link, all the additions, deletions and other changes made are highlighted for you in different colors pointing to the collaborators who made the edits. You can still check the detailed version history from the version history link under the File menu. Learn More.
