I love the concept of being able to use articles from Zoho Learn as knowledge base articles for Zia Agents. This will absolutely help with proper documentation and organization of company processes and SOPs. This was a great concept.

However, even when I took the time to create my Zoho Learn file as a markdown file, Zia Agents imports the article into the knowledge base as a PDF rather than the native .md file. This both inflates the storage space consumed and adds a layer of interpretation difficulty for the LLM.

The KB import should bring in the .md file from Zoho Learn articles that are generated as markdown.
