For example, say you add an agent that reviews discount requests on deals. You let users with the Sales Manager profile interact with it, while users with the Sales Rep profile see the notice instead, so only managers get the agent’s recommendations. 

Permissions work at the profile level, not the role level. You set them from the agent's settings. Users in a profile without access can't get the agent's insights or responses. Instead, they see a notice that they don't have sufficient permissions to interact with the agent and should contact their administrator.

You build agents in Zia Agents and configure them in Zoho CRM, for example as custom buttons or in a related list. Each time you deploy a new version in Zia Agents, CRM needs to pick it up. 

 

You can now switch your configured agents to the last deployed version directly, keeping your existing configurations, such as custom buttons, the home page, and related lists.Updating used to mean reverting the agent to draft, removing it from CRM along with its buttons, and configuring the new version from scratch. Even a small change, like switching the model, meant redoing the setup.

In Zia Agents: Make necessary changes and deploy the new or preferred version.

In CRM: The configured agent shows a version availability tag. Review it and allow the new version to update.

To go back to an earlier version, switch to that version in Zia Agents and deploy it. CRM shows it as an update, and you allow it the same way. You manage versions in Zia Agents. CRM lets you decide when to adopt the latest one.
