Language switch

Hi there,

Just some cosmetics that could really stand to be improved:
If you switch to another language the descriptions of tabs (milestones in dutch for example) are longer but the tab size doesn't change resulting in unreadable/cut-off tab descriptions.

Same remark for milestones in reports graph view: unusable because milestone name might be longer then alotted space on y-axis of the graph.

Just an improvement idea.
