Limitation of the api while downloading the log time

Hi,

I am using the Zoho api to make an application which would download the log time in all the projects. My application is meant to be used by managers and delivery heads or higher authorties who can already download the timesheets of their reportees through the zoho portal using the export link. My objective is to achieve the same through my application.

I had been following this link for using the api to achieve my objective:

And am using the method name:

https://projectsapi.zoho.com/portal/{PortalName}/api/private/xml/logs

Am done with the application and am able to download the log times but the limitation being that the log times which are downloaded are only those of the user whose authentication tokken is used in the application. Which means in case we are using a Manager1's authTokken then he can download only his time logs. Is there any other way of customizing the api or any other method. so as to achieve my target of downloading the timesheets of all the users who is reporting that particular manager.?

Quick help would be appreciated.
