The link for event or task when receiving email to open the app and not browser

The link for event or task when receiving email to open the app and not browser

Hi I having a problem and maybe it's a bug. When I get an email alert for example task or event from bigin.crm and when I click the email link why can It not  automatically go and open the bigin app on the phone instead it opens or asks to open the browser option and does not show the app option if want chose it.. I think it should give you option to choose which open you prefer to use and stay registered as that option for permanent usage.
