Hi everyone,

I’m new to Zoho Creator and wanted to ask if it’s possible to add a live chat option for all logged-in portal users so they can chat internally. I’m trying to create a customer portal similar to a service desk, but for vehicle breakdowns, where logged in customers can chat directly with our in-house support team from the portal.

Has anyone implemented this before or can share some guidance?
