Log a Call Function on the Mobile App does not allow the "Create Follow-up Task" to function - Any workaround?

Log a Call Function on the Mobile App does not allow the "Create Follow-up Task" to function - Any workaround?

Has any found a way to Create a Follow-up Task while Logging a Call on the Mobile App?  That option does not currently appear during the Log a Call Task (like it does in cloud version).  Just wondering if anyone found a way to make that happen by an automated workflow process or some other customization.
