Log Desk Time in Projects
Hello,
I need to create a flow which pulls ticket time entry and enters that into the account associated project.
There are a couple key steps missing from certain flows that seem to be holding me up - Particularly, Ticket ID.
I've tried Time Entry created --> Fetch Project/Contact/Account -- Stopped because the search ID is Ticket ID, which Time Entry created does not provide. If it did, I could possibly proceed with this flow.
Please advise! I need to log all time in Desk, and Voice, and log that into the project associated with that client account from which those channel routed inward from.
