Looking for Advice on Zoho CRM and Zoho One for Two Different Businesses

Hey everyone,

I'm considering Zoho CRM and Zoho One for my two businesses and would appreciate some feedback.

I run two businesses:

  1. An online auto appraisal business, which is small and will likely stay that way.
  2. A laser tattoo removal business, which we plan to expand to multiple locations in the near future.

Rather than using a salon-specific CRM (which often feels more like glorified booking software), I'm thinking of using Zoho One because it offers a wide range of apps that could grow with us. Here's how I'm thinking of using it:

  1. Online Auto Appraisal Business: I’m planning to use Zoho Forms to collect vehicle details and images, connected to Zoho Bigin (Zoho's smaller CRM). This seems like a simple solution for managing client info and staying organized.

  2. Laser Tattoo Removal Business: Since this business will have multiple locations and staff, I’m thinking of using Zoho Forms with Zoho Bookings for appointments and Zoho CRM to manage customer relationships.

I’d appreciate feedback on a few things:

  1. Does my approach with Zoho apps make sense, or am I missing something that could work better?
  2. Can I use one Zoho One subscription to manage both businesses, or do I need separate accounts?
  3. For the laser tattoo removal business, I’ll have multiple locations and employees, but most of the staff will only need limited access to Zoho (just the CRM). Zoho’s pricing model is confusing—there seems to be one price if all employees are on Zoho One, and another price if they're not. What’s the practical difference here? I’d prefer to just pay for the CRM if possible.
  4. Lastly, is it possible to have a separate phone number for each location using Zoho’s tools?

Thanks in advance for your help!
