lost the inoming call link to ZoHo CRM

Hi there:

I suddenly lost the incoming call link to ZoHo CRM feature, hope to get help to fix this. Detail as below:

On my android Samsung S4 phone, ZoHo used to match and bring up the leads record when one of the lead calling me;

but for some reason, it's not doing that any more, I will appreciate if any one know how to fix this problem.
