m.zoho.com's account details not opening

m.zoho.com's account details not opening

Zoho or any other users,

My reps are getting "the action could not be performed" when they try to open the mobile crm's "account details" on their Android phones

I do not get the error when I try but my user is set to administrator

Can only administrators open the "account details" on m.zoho.com?

Any tech advice would be appreciated
