Mac App missing Italian lang resources

Hello,

I just installed version 4.2.4 from Mac App Store. My Mac is running Mojave v.10.14.5. Notebook has all labels as untranslated text, e.g. GENERAL.TEXT.NOTEBOOKS or NOTE.TEXT.NOTE_COUNT_PLURAL

I did not notice before since I had the locale in English, but the app is unusable (nor there is a preference to switch to english).

I managed to run the english version by opening the package in the finder and duplicating the en.lproj folder in it-IT.lproj, but it seems weird that no auto-fallback is available when a language string is missing in translation.
