A program to manage incoming insertion orders of editorial and advertising so that they can be tracked and updated throughout the monthly magazine creation process. Insertion orders need to have customer fields, standard fields for size, price (advertising only) and location within the magazine. Proofing and customer input is given throughout the process. Files of original materials as well as in process and final work is associated to each insertion in a magazine. Final assembly of all individual Insertion Orders is done to create a single magazine at the end of the process. This is a really brief description of the process required to produce a magazine. To produce a useable product more information would need to be provided to a production company.
