Mail sent from Journey in Marketing Automation not syncing in CRM Contact Details
Hi,
I've created a module in Zoho CRM called "test module" and synced it in Zoho Marketing Automation, in a list called "test module list".
Then I created just one contact in test module, and it synced correctly in the zoho marketing automation list.
Then I made up a test journey, sending an email to the test module list.
I correctly received the mail, but what I was expecting is that the mail I sent from the journey would be visible in the mail details of the contact in CRM, but that's not happening.
The main purpose is that agents opening a contact in CRM will be aware that we sent a specific mail from the marketing automation.
Am I missing something? Is it feasible?
