Major concern with new builder layout

The thing that I loved the most in the web browser builder was that everything was on the same screen. There was no need for multiple pop-ups. You have increased the amount of clicks i.e. actions that are necessary to build a form and when "properties" is selected from a field, the form freezes in the background. Which is an absolute major flaw, as sometimes I need to scroll through other fields in the same form to decide how to modify the properties of that field.

Please, please, please restore this functionality from the previous builder layout.
