Make related list appear with a condition

Hey guys!

I have an education company.

I am using the CONTACT module for FINANCIAL MANAGER (parents) and STUDENTS. I created a custom field called CONTACT CLASSIFICATION ("classificação de contato" in Portuguese) with 2 options FINANCIAL MANAGER ("responsável financeiro" in Portuguese) and STUDENTS ("alunos" in Portuguese).

I created 2 more multi-select lookup fields called FINANCIAL MANAGER (responsável financeiro in Portuguese) and STUDENTS (alunos in Portuguese).

And I created a layout rule so that each of the multi-select lookup fields appears if I select an option in the other field called Contact Classification = Student OR Financial Manager. In other words, IF Contact classification = Student, then the Financial Manager multiple selection field appears. IF Contact Classification = Financial Manager, then the Student multiple selection search field appears.

Now, I can make related Lists appear in the CONTACT Module. Below is a Contact who is Financial Manager:

Now I have a doubt. See that I have, in both cases, the 2 related lists (Students and Financial Manager). Is there a way to create a layout rule so that the Students related list appears only when the Contact Classification field = Financial Manager and a rule to appear the Financial Manager related list only when Contact Classification = Students? I did a search and it doesn't seem to work! Is there a way to do this with Javascript or Deluge?
