Building on models which let you configure LLMs at the vendor level, we now introduce Manage Models. This feature lets you go one level deeper and configure LLMs at the model level, with a centralized LLM models section where you can add and remove individual models.

Admins can pick models based on cost, performance, and capability, then assign different models within the same vendor to different teams. 

 

Say you’re an admin rolling out AI capabilities across teams. Earlier, one configuration applied across the entire vendor, so you had to compromise on cost or performance for one team or the other. With Manage Models, you can now choose a fast, low-cost model for sales tasks like drafting follow-up emails, and a more capable model for support-related tasks like complex ticket summaries.

You can select up to three models and switch between them instantly. You can add or remove models anytime and manage everything from one place.
