Mark as read on Facebook and Instagram

Mark as read on Facebook and Instagram

Isn't it possible that once we reply to a message on Facebook or Instagram in Zoho Desk, it is marked as read in the respective inboxes? I communicate via Desk but the messages remain listed as unread, forcing me to go to FB/IG and manually open each message, anyway. Not only tedious but also time-wasteful after doing this in Desk. Am I missing something?
