Bookmarks by Zoho Campaigns

In this week's Marketer's Space, we'll look at a simple yet powerful feature that makes a big difference in your workflow: Bookmarks.
Bookmarks is a built-in feature in Zoho Campaigns that enables you to create a personalized library of reusable content blocks to streamline your email creation process and ensure brand consistency across all your campaigns. You can save all your frequently used greetings, disclaimers, CTAs, and more in Bookmarks, ready to be easily dragged and dropped into your email campaigns. Use Bookmarks to save time and focus on the strategic aspects of your marketing efforts!
Bookmarking content blocks:
Within the template editor, pick the content block you want to bookmark and click it.
Hover over the Settings icon to reveal additional options.
Click the Bookmark icon.
Give your block a clear, descriptive name and click Save to add it to your bookmarks library.
Now, whenever you need that content block, simply access your Bookmarks and drag it into your email.
Here's how Bookmarks makes building your campaigns simpler:
Personalization: Craft greetings, signatures, disclaimers, and boilerplate text specific to your audience segments. No more copying and pasting; simply select the pre-saved version from your Bookmarks. You can also bookmark frequently used phrases or greetings that resonate with your target audience.
Design: Keep your visual identity consistent throughout all of your campaigns. Standardize your headers, footers, and social media links easily.
Calls to action: Bookmark your most effective CTAs ("Shop now," "Learn more," etc.). With a single click, you can switch between pre-saved options and use the perfect call to action for each campaign without wasting time on design.
A/B testing: Conduct A/B testing to experiment with different greetings, CTAs, or disclaimers without starting from scratch. Bookmarks allow for quick iteration and optimization.
Targeted content blocks: Craft targeted message segments specific to audience demographics or behaviors. Bookmark these sections and seamlessly integrate them into your campaigns.
