Marketing Automation/Campaigns confusion questions and integrations

I am pulling my hair out yet AGAIN due to the lack of true integration between zoho apps

- Why can't we use Campaigns and Marketing Automation at the same time? if they are truely seperate apps, then we should be able to use both for what they were intended, not forced to chose

- Why can't we create a campaign in CRM for Marketing Automation? The only options we have is campaigns, but since I am using marketing Automation I can't use campaigns

- My Zoho one dashboard shows a "recent campaigns" widget to add, but even though I have marketing Automation activated and fully in use, it still defaults to Campaigns for that widget, and there are NO widgets at all for marketing Automation. Why call it marketing hub if the places you have a MARKETING header in Zoho One don't include anything from it?

- If all the Zoho apps default to campaigns, why aren't marketing Automation campaigns listed in zoho campaigns?

- We can't add marketing automation to analytics, why?

It's a running joke here when we start using a new app or you all make an announcement, "what did they forget to add on this app?" You all consistantly amaze us with the sheer number of apps available, but disappoint us just as much with the obvious features you forget or leave off. It's almost like you have 45 apps that are all almost functional. The money we save using you all is lost in the man hours it takes to program basic features into the existing apps
