When will we receive the long needed upgrade(s) to Marketing Automation?  The last time a date was promised, we were told Q1 2022.  But that has come and gone.  It's getting increasingly hard for me to stay with Zoho and recommend it to my own clients, if your timelines are always wrong.  You come across as a company that doesn't care about its users.
