Marketing planner issues with goals and landing page URLs

I'm having several issues with building a marketing plan and my call with Zoho has not solved the issue.

  1. I cannot associate my email campaigns with a plan because it tells me that I have no campaigns to associate. I have several that have sent and several scheduled.
  2. I cannot create a target that is associated with a landing page as it says I am yet to add a landing page URL
  3. I cannot create a target that is associated with a Web Assistant goal because it says I am yet to add goals in Web Assistant. I have added and activated a goal in Web Assistant.
This issue is affecting two separate Zoho organisations that I work with daily. Can anyone help, please? Thank you.
