Marketing Plus - file hosting/sharing question

Hello, what is the best way to host a pdf document in the Zoho Marketing Plus that allows your targeted (external audience/customers) to access the document? I see some articles on utilizing the Library so I uploaded my pdf there but I do not see any sharing capabilities or a link to send out in my marketing efforts.
