Matching Flipkart/Amazon payments with invoices

When we make a sale through Amazon or Flipkart they make an invoice for us. When we enter this into zoho books, how do we mark it paid, as the payments are lumped together and commissions are deducted by Amazon and Flipkart? So several invoices could be paid together. How do we related these lumped together payments with the invoices?
