Messages are not deleted from server in the time period specified by Thunderbird, cannot manually move them into the local folder
My set-up: Thunderbird 115 POP3 mode Unified Folder view, Global Inbox:
why can
I not move messages from a Zoho Mail Lite account to my local folders
when I can do so with Gmail IMAP messages? ZML settings: POP3 and
IMAP enabled, enabled auto delete messages. TB setting to keep messages
for maximum 3 days does not delete the messages older than that from
the ZML server. I want to make sure I do not lose the messages that
cannot be moved into the local folder since January 29th, this is when
the issue started, before that it was fine. Is there a setting that
determines the retention of emails on the server that prevents TB from
deleting them? Thanks

Whoever received the communication need not panic, as we have just communicated our policy to all the users. To
