Migration from Evernote Stuck on 19% for 3 hours

As I stated in the title, I am trying out Notebook as a replacement for Evernote. Using the web interface, to migrate 842 notes. It has been stuck for about 3 hours on 19% stating 153/842 notes and 117/117 notebooks are migrated from your Evernote. I downloaded the desktop app to see if that showed differently but that gives the same message, thenotebook does not contain a thing. is this usual?? if not what can I do to make it sync?
