Missing "manage" section in zoho creator app

Missing "manage" section in zoho creator app

Hello,

I have been trying to assign permisions to a new hire to see a custom form made with Zoho Creator, but I do not see the manage tab of the app when accessing it:

 
I am the administrator in Zoho CRM if this info helps. Can you please help me understand why is this happening?
