Mobile app- refresh

Mobile app- refresh

I find that I am using the web app and the mobile app at the same time. When I make a change on the web, is there a way to force a refresh on the mobile app? I don't see a refresh button, so have been just clicking on a different module, then returning to the desired module, which seems to work, but would be better if there was simply a refresh button.
