Mobile CRM application is not syncing with my CRM server. This is my SECOND POST with no response from my first post!
This is the second post i've made because i have not received a response from my post from yesterday. I find it disconcerting that all other post have received responses from Zoho Mobile Reps, but have ignored mine. Also, I have filed a complaint through the "feedback" on the mobile app, with no response.
My Mobile CRM Application will not sync with the crm server ever since I started using the new Zoho CRM desktop platform.
Error message:
"Info: The records in this view are yet to be synced with the server. This may be because of scenarios like intermittent network, layout changes made on the desktop not synced with the app etc and may need manual intervention to have the addressed. You may select the respective record to view the actions to be carried out".
I have not made any changes to the layout and I have a quality connection.
The information related to each of these files can not be loss and I need this resolved asap.
