Multiple Criteria in a variable

Multiple Criteria in a variable

Hello,
I am looking to create a variable that searches on 2 criteria, <Target_School == "Yes"> and <Received_Tickets == "No">. I cando a single variable, but not multiple. Is there a way to do this, or do I have to do it a different way?
