Multiple instances of Zoho assist running on servers impacting performance.

We use Zoho Assist in Unattended mode to help manage our application with clients SQL servers. We occassionaly seem to find that clients run into server performance issues, and when looking at the task manager it will show multiple (more than 10) instance of Zoho Assist service running and eating the processor. Normally we expect to see the one instance, so curious what causes the added instances.

1. only us logged in.

2. we are the only people that use zoho assist.

3. When we end task the added instances the server performance returns to normal.

This is obviously a huge issue for us as we use the entire Zoho Suite, and it is cuasing issues for our clients, which has them raising concerns.

Any insight would be appreciated!

Unattended Access (Beta) is live! Unattended Access, a feature requested by a lot of our customers is live now. Currently, it's in beta. You can add up to 100 computers per Technician subscription.
