MultiProject Selector Disappeared

Hello,

I received two messages that there has been an update to the prerelease 4.0 Projects regarding FORUM and DOCUMENT messaging.

In a totally unrelated area, one key feature is no longer active. See image:

I manage multiple projects. At the top left is the name of the project which when clicked offers a dropdown menu for me to quickly switch between projects and even land on the same tab in the correlary project.

Today I woke up to work and this feature is not active.

This IS a bug right? You are not removing that feature, right?
