My Zoho Projects service doesn't seem to be working

My Zoho Projects service doesn't seem to be working. The site will not allow me to upgrade [it gives me a message to "See my project administrator"]. I am the only user and therefor should be the project administrator.

Also, I can't seem to add new projects. There seems to be some sort of problem that is not allowing me to use or upgrade the service.

Please advise.
